The Prodigal Son

Our Youth Department theme for the year 2019 is Home based on the story of the Prodigal Son from Luke 16.

Jesus shares this story along with two other parables (the lost sheep and coin) to paint a picture of how incredible God’s love is for us.

We believe this is a story that connects with all ages, but is an incredible story for kids to grasp just how much God loves them.

We have created a small booklet that breaks down this story into small sections with kid friendly questions that make the story come to life!

Global Youth Day Service Project: ages 0-4

Service is an important aspect of life for all ages to participate in. Every year, the Youth Department participates in Global Youth Day by facilitating service projects and planning an event for the teens through the Rocky Mountain Conference.

We would like to create the opportunity for every age to participate in service by creating resources for parents and youth leaders to use at home or at church.
