Scholarship Information
Scholarships are available for children or grandchildren of associates of the five Adventist hospitals that are part of the Advent Health system: Avista, Castle Rock, Littleton, Parker and Porter Adventist Hospitals and their associated clinics.
Seventy five scholarships will be available to associates who meet the qualification requirements and submit an application online.
Scholarships will be distributed on a first come, first serve basis.
Scholarships are awarded in the form of a discount code to be used by the Advent Health Associate’s immediate children or grandchildren and can be applied to 1 session of camp at Glacier View Ranch.
Associates who qualify for the scholarship can receive $250 per camper for Explore, Tween, Teen, or Summit Camps, and $200 for Specialty camps.
Scholarship Exclusions:
Your Advent Health code is valid at all of our RMC Youth Summer Camp sessions, whether at GVR or MSR.
Qualification Requirements
To qualify for the scholarship associates must:
Be an employee of one of the five Denver-area Adventist Hospitals (Porter, Avista, Littleton, Parker, and Castle Rock Adventist Hospitals and their associated clinics).
Campers must be the children or grandchildren of the AdventHealth Associate listed on the application (biological, adopted, or legal guardians).
Please be sure to check with your employer through your HR office to make sure you qualify for this scholarship. We will be distributing the specific code(s) you will need to apply this scholarship to your camper’s account.
Scholarship Application
Click the button below and fill out the scholarship application form. Be accurate and thorough in your answers to ensure that your application is processed quickly.
After you submit your scholarship application, our team will work with the AdventHealth HR department to review and approve your request. Qualified applicants will be approved on a first-come, first-serve basis. Applicants who do not qualify will be notified via email. When all the available scholarships are used, we will close the application.
If you qualify and you are approved for the program by AdventHealth, you will receive a discount code for each child you plan to register.
Our team will e-mail scholarship codes to approved associates on a rolling monthly basis. Thank you for your patience as we process your application.
Camp Registration Instructions
Upon receiving your CREATION Life Camp Scholarship Code, return to the “Register Today!” page to sign-up for camp! Please note, you may register BEFORE receiving your code. You will be prompted to pay the non refundable deposit and can apply your Centura code once your application has been approved.
Follow the appropriate links on our website to create an account or log-in to an existing account.
Follow the prompts to choose your week of camp and complete the online registration process.
A non-refundable reservation fee is due at the time of registration to hold your child’s place at camp.
The remaining reservation balance is due on the Sunday that your child’s camp session begins.
After you register your camper(s), please make certain that you receive an email confirmation from Glacier View Ranch or Mills Spring Ranch.
Have ALL required documents (detailed on our “For Parents” page), including required up to date medical information, prepared for check-in on the Sunday that camp begins.
Please double-check your information as we will turn away campers with incomplete or missing documents.
